Overview This website is operated by Tamara Rose Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tamara Rose Art. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Store Hosting Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our artwork to you.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright All content on this website, including images of artwork, is the intellectual property of Tamara Rose. The artist retains all copyright ownership and reproduction rights to the artwork even after the point of sale. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell the artwork in any manner without express written permission.
3. Product Accuracy (Colors and Details) We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our watercolor art as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
4. Orders and Billing We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email provided at checkout. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information for all items bought at our store.
5. Shipping and Returns Purchases are subject to our Shipping and Returns Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability The service and all products delivered to you are provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use. In no case shall Tamara Rose Art be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured through the site.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

Shipping Policy
Original Watercolor Paintings
All original commissioned watercolor paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS. Each piece is protected with archival materials to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 business days for your commissioned piece to be completed and prepared for shipping
Shipping Time: USPS delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your painting ships
International Shipping: Not available at this time - contact me for inquiries
Prints
All prints are fulfilled and shipped directly by our print-on-demand partner.
Processing & Shipping Time: 3-7 business days for production and delivery
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided automatically by the fulfillment service
Damaged or Lost Items
While rare, if your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Policy
I want you to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, please contact me within15 business days of delivery at tamara@tamararoseart.com. Include your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return. After 15 days, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Requirements
Items must be in the same condition you received them, in original packaging. If items are returned used or unsellable, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If something arrived damaged, send photos and a brief explanation. I'll work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement or refund.
Gift cards, sale items, and digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded.
Processing Your Return
Once I receive and inspect your return, I'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund (minus any shipping costs or restocking fees) will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank—usually within a few days but can take up to 10 days. If you haven't received your refund, first check your tracking number to confirm I received your package. Then contact your bank or credit card company about processing times. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, reach out to me.
Exchanges
I don't offer exchanges, but I'll replace defective or damaged items. Contact me if you need a replacement.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items over $100, I recommend purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured returns.

Color Variations Please be aware that screen colors vary between different devices (monitors, tablets, and phones). While we strive to ensure our product photos are as accurate as possible, the colors of your physical watercolor print or painting may appear slightly warmer, cooler, brighter, or more subdued than what you see on your screen.
In Situ (Room Setting) Photos Staging photos showing art in room settings are provided for inspiration and scale reference only. Unless explicitly stated in the product description, paintings and prints are sold unframed and without mats.
